• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the sales lot
• Guide customers through vehicle selection by asking questions and listening to their needs
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact through delivery
• Explain vehicle features, performance, and optional equipment clearly and confidently
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives following dealership policies
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Verify customer identification prior to test drives
• Maintain customer follow‑up for repeat and referral business
• Build and manage a personal prospect pipeline
• Conduct business ethically and professionally at all times

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Computer proficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and digitally
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Automotive experience a plus, but not required
• ⭐ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred — Spanish‑speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply

• $45,000 – $140,000+ per year
• Commission‑based pay with uncapped earning potential
