Empire Property Construction is looking for a Carpenter to join our team. Empire Property Construction is a locally owned and operated company in the Lehigh Valley. Our core business is the rehabilitation of investment properties, both residential and commercial. Job Details:

• Monday-Friday
• 7:30 am- 4 pm
• Pay Range - $25-$35/hr

Construction duties include:

• Perform construction work, including, but not limited to demolition, drywall installation, spackle and drywall finishing, plumbing & electrical repairs, kitchen/bathroom remodeling, flooring installation, framing, and skilled carpentry.
• Must know how to install kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathtubs, tub surrounds, and all other fixtures.
• Install subflooring, vinyl plank, sheet vinyl, and tiles.
• Install windows & doors

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
• Must have a working smartphone to complete daily work tickets via mobile device
• Must own tools for the job (basic hand & power tools required)
