ABA RBT Therapist at All Pieces Fit Inc – Merrillville, Indiana

The RBT will provide direct one-on-one therapy to teach communication, social, and daily living skills, while reducing problematic behaviors in the home, community, and school settings in a center-based environment. The RBT will utilize interventions developed out of the science of Applied Behavior Analysis and will work under the close supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

· RBT Certification (training is available)

· High school diploma or GED (Some college preferred, but not required)

· Experience working with the autism population (preferred) or with children

· Enjoy working with children

· Engaging and high energy

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Must pass a background check

· Strong organization skills and excellent time management

· Must immediately apply feedback

· Professional appearance

· Must be able to lift at least 50lbs

· Must be able to engage in physical activity throughout an 8hr shift
