What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and other machining equipment

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements

• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections

• Make machine offsets and adjustments to maintain part compliance

• Troubleshoot routine machining and tooling issues

• Work with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to improve processes and reduce scrap

• Maintain AS9100 quality standards and safe work practices

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

  • 3+ years of CNC machining experience in aerospace, medical, or precision manufacturing

  • Experience performing machine setups and producing close-tolerance parts

  • Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills

  • Experience using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and other inspection tools

  • Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, feeds, and speeds

  • Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace manufacturing experience

• Multi-axis CNC machining experience

• Familiarity with Fanuc, Mazak, Okuma, Siemens, or Haas controls

• Experience in an AS9100-certified environment

• Machine Tool Technology education or apprenticeship training
