Seasonal Relationship Banker - Multiple Summers 2027 (40 hrs/wk) in Springfield, Vermont at Claremont Savings Bank

Delivers outstanding customer service by executing financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures

Participates in opening and closing procedures (i.e. Branch or drive-up) if assigned and operates independently

Reconciles cash and transactions daily within teller balancing guidelines

Resolves account service issues and responds to customer inquiries promptly and effectively

Develops skills needed to cross sell products and services

Balances coin counter, cash recycler and ATM

Deepens customer relationships by effectively executing all services and referring bank products while achieving goals through daily sales activities and sales promotions

Adheres to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets

Embraces Claremont Savings Banks relationship-oriented sales philosophy and culture, and applies referral and sales skills to deepen customer relationships through added products and services

Continuously learns new and existing products through sales aids (features, benefits, fees, disclosures, etc.)

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.

Organizes and maintains a neat, efficient and orderly work environment

Works Saturdays as assigned.

Moves to other locations as assigned
