Lead Consultant, AI Enablement
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Consultant, AI Enablement based in India.
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking AI Enablement professional to drive the integration, adoption, and development of AI-powered solutions across an international business environment. In this role, you will contribute to enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives, helping teams leverage emerging technologies to improve workflows, enhance productivity, and unlock new business opportunities. You will work closely with technology, product, research, consulting, and corporate teams to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and scale AI capabilities. Combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, you will support AI product development, automation initiatives, and the evaluation of emerging tools. You will also play a key role in promoting responsible AI adoption through internal advisory, knowledge sharing, and employee upskilling. Accountabilities- AI Strategy and Transformation: Support strategic initiatives involving AI, automation, and innovation, contributing to their implementation, execution, and scaling across the organization. Develop a strong understanding of existing products, tools, solutions, and technology roadmaps to align AI initiatives with business priorities.
- AI Product Development: Collaborate with technology, development, and product teams to design implementation and scaling plans for AI-powered products, features, and solutions. Where appropriate, take a hands-on approach to building AI agents and tools using low-code, no-code, and vibe-coding environments.
- Testing and Product Launch: Develop and implement alpha and beta testing strategies, internal and external rollout plans, and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct rigorous product testing, identify potential weaknesses and edge cases, and gather actionable feedback to improve functionality and user experience.
- AI Adoption and Engagement: Organize product demonstrations, knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and internal presentations to showcase AI capabilities, address questions, encourage adoption, and collect feedback from stakeholders.
- AI Advisory and Enablement: Act as a trusted internal advisor on AI tools, technologies, and methodologies. Guide teams on selecting appropriate solutions, using AI effectively, efficiently, and ethically, and understanding potential limitations and risks.
- Third-Party Tool Evaluation: Research and identify relevant AI and innovation tools for different business use cases. Engage with technology vendors to assess functionality, suitability, and commercial viability, working with IT and Compliance teams to evaluate and approve tools for testing and implementation.
- Innovation and Thought Leadership: Monitor emerging AI technologies, models, products, and industry developments, assessing their potential impact on business strategy and identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain AI-related guidelines, processes, protocols, and internal documentation. Create accessible learning resources, including tool guides, usage frameworks, decision trees, and SharePoint content.
- AI Upskilling: Contribute to enterprise-wide AI learning initiatives by developing training materials, proposing new learning opportunities, and facilitating knowledge-sharing and upskilling sessions.
- Business Impact and Communication: Translate findings and recommendations into practical business outcomes, clearly communicating approaches, insights, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Education: MBA or postgraduate qualification from a reputable management institution.
- Professional Experience: 5–7 years of experience delivering strategic research, insights, and consulting engagements across multiple industries, preferably with exposure to international markets.
- Project Management: Proven experience leading project-based engagements and presenting findings, insights, and recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- AI and Technology Expertise: Hands-on experience using AI tools and innovative technologies, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms, products, and technical environments.
- Process Innovation: Solid exposure to internal process improvement, workflow innovation, and automation initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives and working effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including technology, product, development, research, and corporate functions.
- Product Development Exposure: Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, AI agent development, or vibe-coding environments is a significant advantage. Familiarity with working alongside technical and product development teams is also highly valued.
- Research and Analytical Skills: Exposure to qualitative and quantitative primary research, desk research, and process analytics or innovation is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Strong team leadership, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic Thinking: A logical and creative problem solver with strong analytical capabilities and a consultative approach to addressing business challenges.
- Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, initiative, and a genuine passion for AI, emerging technologies, and continuous innovation.
