The Mortgage Loan Processor plays a critical role in the home loan approval process by reviewing, verifying, and preparing loan files for underwriting. This position ensures all borrower documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with federal, state, and investor guidelines. • Experience in mortgage processing, loan operations, or a related financial role.

• Proficiency with loan origination systems (LOS) and standard office software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
