  • Maintain clear and timely communication with sales consultants and prospective clients.

  • Participate actively in internal communication channels and follow established workflows.

  • Collect customer reviews and referrals to support business growth and strengthen customer relationships.

  • Ensure appointment details are accurate and comply with established quality standards.

  • Provide homeowners with introductory information about renewable energy and the potential benefits of solar solutions.

  • Maintain consistent performance and contribute to individual and team sales objectives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a disciplined, technology-proficient sales professional with substantial phone sales and appointment-setting experience. Mandatory qualifications include:

  • At least 7 years of direct sales experience, phone sales experience, or a combination of both.

  • Previous professional experience scheduling phone appointments.

  • Demonstrated experience in phone-based sales and outbound cold-calling.

  • Full proficiency with RingCentral software.

  • Previous experience working remotely in a professional environment.

  • Strong technical and software skills, with the ability to navigate communication tools and digital platforms confidently.

  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and customer engagement skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing appointment schedules and customer information.

  • Self-discipline, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment.

  • Access to a laptop or desktop computer and a cellphone.

Benefits
  • Weekly compensation ranging from $1,600 to $2,400, as advertised.

  • Performance-based bonus opportunities.

  • Competitive compensation structure.

  • Fully remote working arrangement within the United States.

  • Flexible scheduling.

  • Immediate opportunities for upward mobility and career advancement.

  • Ongoing training, professional development, and structured support.

  • Employee discounts.

  • Company events and optional virtual team engagement.

  • Collaborative and performance-oriented work environment.

  • Opportunities to grow professionally, personally, and financially through an internal advancement framework.
