MEDICAL SPA OCEANSIDE MONDAYS NEEDED FOR RECEPTIONIST 10AM-5PM at FUSION MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC – Oceanside, California

Fusion Hydration IV Lounge/ Medi-Spa

• Answer phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide basic company information
• Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents
• Monitor front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors
• Check patients in and out/ utilize our POS
• Run credit card and cash transactions
• Oversee deliveries, packages, and couriers
• Purchase, track, and invoice office supplies for each department
• Set up, break down, organize, and maintain cleanliness in the clinic

Job Types: Part-time

Available shifts: OCEANSIDE MONDAYS NEEDED FOR RECEPTIONIST 10AM-5PM

Salary: $20.00 per hour
