Investigative Interviewing Instructor – P.E.A.C.E. Model in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at Ladgov Corporation

Position Summary:
Ladgov Corporation is seeking an experienced Investigative Interviewing Instructor to provide instructor-led P.E.A.C.E. Model training to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) personnel. Training will focus on ethical, effective, and outcome-based investigative interviewing techniques.

Key Duties:

• Deliver approximately 40 hours of classroom-based P.E.A.C.E. investigative interviewing training.

• Teach Planning and Preparation, Engage and Explain, Account/Clarification and Challenge, Closure, and Evaluation.

• Use practical, real-world investigative scenarios and adult-learning principles.

• Provide course materials and support student learning and participation.

• Issue certificates of completion following successful training.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of professional investigative interviewing experience.

• At least 3 years of P.E.A.C.E. Investigative Interviewing experience.

• At least 3 years of instructor/training experience.

• Strong knowledge of investigative interviewing practices and professional training methods.

Location: United States – In-person training at the contractor’s training facility.

Schedule: Monday–Friday; classes may be conducted up to approximately 40 hours per course.
