Duties:
Engage with prospective clients through our LIVE TRANFERS
Conduct detailed analysis of clients’ healthcare needs to recommend suitable insurance plans that align with their budgets and preferences.
Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients, ensuring mutual understanding and satisfaction.
Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on leads.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, explaining policy benefits, and assisting with claims or benefits administration.
Stay current on industry regulations, including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), to ensure compliance during all client interactions.
