Pay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience)

RS Group is hiring dependable CDL Class A Drivers based in Atlanta, GA. From now through January is our busy season, so expect mostly regional runs. Every regional run is a direct delivery with a backhaul straight home, so you're never out for weeks. After January, things slow down and about 90% of the work is local around Atlanta.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A License
• Current DOT Medical Card
• 2+ years of commercial driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Comfortable with regional runs
• Ability to safely load and unload freight when required
• Must pass DOT drug screen, background check, MVR, and PSP report
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

• 53' dry van experience
• Flatbed trailer experience
• Regional or OTR experience

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate commercial trucks on regional and local routes
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Deliver freight on schedule and load/unload when required
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
• Communicate with dispatch about delivery status and any issues on the road
• Follow all DOT safety regulations and company policies
