Location: Napoleon, OH
Salary Range: $50,000 to $60,000 annually, based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with weekends and overtime as needed
Are you a warehouse professional who is experienced in data entry, attention to detail, and keeping an operation running efficiently? Keller Warehousing & Co-Packing is looking for a Quality Coordinator at our Napoleon, OH facility.
Essential Responsibilities- Conduct quality checks to verify finished products meet customer requirements, including proper placarding, inventory accuracy, and quality documentation.
- Prepare and maintain required production, processing, audit, and quality records.
- Complete cycle counts of work-in-process and finished products, investigate discrepancies, and resolve inventory variances in the warehouse management system.
- Perform essential WMS functions and use electronic tracking systems to support accurate records and product traceability.
- Support customer service by responding to routine questions and concerns or escalating issues when appropriate.
- Complete customer system audits, communicate weekly inventory shortages, and set up new bills of materials and production worksheets.
- Identify required product stacking patterns and ensure processing teams understand applicable quality criteria.
- Train and support new associates and assist production crews as needed to maintain productivity.
- Participate in corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow applicable food-safety requirements and align processes with FSMA, GMP, facility, and audit standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Knowledge of company procedures and common packaging or rework practices.
- Proficiency with computers, Windows-based systems, office equipment, data entry, and basic mathematics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities, work independently, follow direction, and collaborate effectively with others.
- Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to unsafe working conditions.
- Ability to recognize different product stacking patterns.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when requested.
This position works in an active warehouse environment and requires frequent movement and material handling. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 pounds independently or with assistance, work around powered equipment, wear required personal protective equipment, and work in varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, fumes, and odors.
