HR Generalist -Nashville TN-Hybrid in Nashville, Tennessee at INFO ORIGIN INC

We are seeking an HR Generalist to provide day-to-day HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee transactions, payroll/timekeeping coordination, employee inquiries, and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and track HR transactions including hires, promotions, transfers, separations, and retirements.
• Support recruitment, job postings, hiring documentation, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, required documentation, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR tracking systems.
• Respond to employee and manager questions regarding HR policies, benefits, leave, payroll, and procedures.
• Coordinate employee separations and offboarding activities.
• Assist with HR projects, process improvements, communications, and other HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR partners and stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Qualifying professional/paraprofessional HR experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis, up to 4 years.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, customer service, and ability to manage confidential information.
