This leadership role focuses on building and scaling a high-performing Field Engineering organization within the Data & AI space, with a strong emphasis on strategic BFSI customers. You will lead and mentor a team of Solutions Architects, driving value-based technical selling and deep customer engagement across complex enterprise accounts. The role combines team leadership, solution architecture oversight, and direct executive-level customer interaction. You will play a key role in shaping go-to-market execution, strengthening customer trust, and accelerating revenue impact. Operating in a fast-paced growth environment, you will help define how data and AI solutions are positioned and adopted across major financial institutions. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and customer success.

• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Field Engineering / Solutions Architecture team focused on Data & AI
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of team members across BFSI and enterprise accounts
• Coach and mentor Solutions Architects to drive value-based selling and identify revenue opportunities
• Engage directly with C-level and senior stakeholders at strategic BFSI customers
• Support complex sales cycles and ensure strong technical positioning of solutions
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to strengthen market impact and execution
• Contribute insights from the field to influence strategy and roadmap decisions
• Drive a customer-obsessed, high-performance and collaborative team culture

• 6+ years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or customer-facing leadership roles in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS
• Proven experience building and scaling technical or Field Engineering teams
• Strong background working with BFSI or large enterprise accounts generating significant revenue impact
• Deep understanding of Big Data architecture (Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, ML concepts)
• Experience with cloud platforms and data ecosystems (e.g., Apache Spark / Databricks preferred)
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth, global environments
