Accountabilities:

Design and implement strategies to integrate AI-driven workflows into existing SDLC and operational environments

Translate business requirements into structured user stories, backlogs, and actionable technical specifications
Coordinate the development of agent-based workflows, ensuring seamless integration of multiple AI capabilities
Define success metrics and monitor the performance and impact of AI solutions, driving continuous optimization
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business, technology, and operations teams
Lead enablement initiatives, including training sessions and workshops to support adoption of AI workflows
Suggest improvements to architecture, processes, and AI implementation strategies to maximize efficiency and ROI
Ensure alignment between strategic business goals and technical delivery across AI-powered systems

Requirements:
