Job Overview

Allied Global Marketing seeks an experienced Creative Project Manager proficient in team workflow management. We specialize in Film and Television Entertainment. You will be juggling a fast-paced workload that spans across various different clients within the entertainment awards space, while collaborating with the full staff of Art Directors, Designers, Production Artists, Copywriters and Proofreaders. We are looking for a positive team player who enjoys working with a group of like-minded creatives.

Responsibilities
  • Organize the workflow process across various different projects
  • Effectively manage staff resourcing on a daily basis through organization of workflow platforms (Wrike and Google Drive), daily regroups, and digital communications
  • Serve as a conduit between design staff and management
  • Expand own performance/knowledge base to meet the standards of a niche industry.
  • Work successfully within a larger group setting, with varied personality types, and across timezones
  • Leverage AI/automation tools to optimize workflow
Qualifications
  • Clear and effective communication skills amid a team environment
  • Professional approach to working with people at different levels
  • Experience with workflow management, preferably with a creative team within the entertainment marketing industry (film, live entertainment, television/streaming, branding/identity)
  • Fluency in Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel), as well as Google Suite, Keynote and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to juggle various tasks at once, across different platforms and administrative duties
  • Ability to quickly and flexibly respond to challenges as they arise, without needing ongoing guidance
  • Must be organized and able to keep track of multiple projects with different requirements and deadlines
  • Knowledge and/or awareness of FYC/awards campaigns is crucial
  • Ability to maintain a working knowledge of institutional guidelines for a client or a specific project
  • Basic knowledge of workflow software such as Wrike, Basecamp, Monday or Workfront is a plus, but not a requirement
Details
  • The annual salary for this full time position is $65,000.
  • This position will be eligible to participate in the standard benefits offered to full-time employees of Allied Global Marketing (medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability and life insurance as well as 401k and Flexible PTO). We also offer 10 company paid holidays.
