Today we are looking for a Full Time - Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC) to join our teams at Forest Hills and The Creek Apartments in Wilmington, NC!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 4 weeks
Full Time - Year Round work.
What we are offering:
- $23.00- $25.00/HR
- Up to $3,000a year in Quarterly Bonuses

Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
- HVAC hands on repair and install experience/ certification required (EPA)
- CPO Strongly Preferred for pools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to help with on call
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening.
