Job Description
Part-Time | 20-25 Hrs/Wk | Weekday Daytime Schedule
O'Brien Dental Lab is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our building and manufacturing equipment operating safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working independently to troubleshoot, repair equipment, and tackle a variety of maintenance projects.
Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday during the initial training period. Flexibility to establish a different 3 days/wk schedule after the first few months of work.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and handyman work
- Complete basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor remodeling projects
- Identify maintenance needs and order parts and supplies
- Maintain maintenance records and a clean, safe work environment
- Assist with seasonal maintenance, including snow and ice treatment
- Predictable part-time weekday schedule
- Flexibility in setting your regular work hours
- Variety of work with both facility and equipment maintenance

If you're a dependable, mechanically skilled maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in quality work, we'd love to hear from you.
- 3+ years of experience maintaining building structures and systems.
- 3+ years of experience maintaining and repairing machinery.
- General skills in plumbing, carpentry, machine repair, and preventive maintenance.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record in accordance with the company’s insurance requirements.
