Job Description

Account Development Specialist (Remote)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

📍 Primarily Remote Position
📍 One Required In-Office Meeting Per Month | Fall River, MA

Candidates must be local to the Fall River, MA area or able to reliably commute to our Fall River office for the required monthly onsite meeting.

Pay: Starting at $23.00+ per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping customers find the right solutions?

We're looking for an Account Development Specialist to join our growing Contact Center team. In this role, you'll connect with prospective and existing customers, generate new business opportunities, and help drive revenue growth through consultative sales and relationship building.

This is a primarily remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home while remaining connected with a collaborative team.

What You'll Do
  • Generate new business through inbound leads and outbound prospecting

  • Follow up on sales inquiries and quote requests

  • Build relationships with new and existing customers

  • Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions

  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers

  • Maintain and grow an organized pipeline of prospects

  • Partner with Marketing and internal teams to support business growth

  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and services

  • Achieve individual sales goals and performance metrics

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of inside sales, business development, account management, or related sales experience

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel

  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Remote Work Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • A dedicated, quiet workspace free from excessive background noise and interruptions

  • Reliable high-speed internet

  • The ability to remain fully engaged and available throughout the scheduled workday

  • A professional environment that supports clear, uninterrupted customer conversations and outbound sales calls

Employees are expected to maintain a distraction-free workspace during working hours to ensure a high level of customer service, professionalism, and productivity.
