Palm Springs Kia is seeking an experienced, driven Automotive General Sales Manager to lead our sales team and support continued growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales and profitability goals
• Drive new and used vehicle sales performance
• Desk deals and assist in closing transactions
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics and KPIs
• Ensure high CSI scores and customer satisfaction
• Oversee CRM usage and follow-up processes
• Collaborate with finance, service, and dealership management
• Ensure compliance with dealership, manufacturer, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive General Sales Manage or Sales Leader
• Strong leadership, coaching, and closing skills
• In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes and CRM systems
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
