Job Description:
You must have a valid drivers license and owna reliable car to qualify for this position.Thiscleaner will becleaning a heavy industrial foundry, an industrial manufacturing facility, and a corporate office that are all less than a 10-minute drive apart.

• Heavy Industrial Foundry -Fridley:
  This is a tough, heavy-duty environment. It can be hot, loud, and dirty, with a noticeable smell of melting metal and industrial lubricants. You will be cleaning up black soot, grime, and metallic dust.
• Industrial Manufacturing Facility -Coon Rapids:
  Because this site manufactures industrial dust-collection systems, the facility itself handles heavy materials. Expect a noisy environment with airborne particles, standard manufacturing smells, and debris that requires thorough, physical cleaning.
• Corporate Office -Mounds View:
  While cleaner than the industrial sites, office cleaning requires meticulous attention to detail. The downside here is the repetitive nature of the worksuch as wiping down countless desks, sanitizing restrooms, and emptying endless breakroom trash bins under strict time constraints.

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license and current car insurance
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Comfortable driving in winter conditions
• Pre-employment drug screen required
  • THC is not included in the drug screening panel for applicants living in Minnesota
• You must be 18 years old.
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
