CS AOS Program Manager - Singapore in GAC Singapore
Unique Skills:
An Aircraft Ownership Service (AOS) Program Manager serves as the primary advocate for aircraft operators, assisting with maintenance event planning, contract compliance, financial performance, and service coordination to ensure a seamless ownership experience.
- Must have extensive experience and understanding of aircraft operations, maintenance planning, regulatory requirements, and the realities of aircraft ownership.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with operators, maintenance personnel, service centers, and executive customer representatives.
- Possesses enough business acumen to manage multimillion-dollar service agreements
- Has some experience with international operators and can understand different cultures, currencies, tax considerations, and time zones.
- Experience with Salesforce, Corridor and Microsoft 365 suite is preferred
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Engineering required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 5 years experience in an aviation customer support or related aviation environment including 3 years program management or related experience.
Position Purpose:
Plan, organize and manage company and vendor resources to execute the requirements of customized and comprehensive integrated logistics global product support programs offered through the Aircraft Ownership Service organization.
