General Description:
The Store Support Associate plays a key role in ensuring smooth store operations by assisting in various areas, including customer service, sales support, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This position requires individuals who are enthusiastic, dependable, and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.
Essential Job Functions:
- Sort, clean, price & stock all categories including housewares, electronics,shoes, books & clothing.
- Achieve set production goals.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor & work space.
- Perform cash register duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with sales floor resets.
- Maintain and create attractive displays.
- Actively communicate with customers about Worthwhile and its mission.
- Assist with donors with the receiving of donations.
- Participate in helping with custodial duties.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Ability to lift a minimum 15 lbs.
- Flexibility to work and a variety of areas on any given day.
- Saturday availability.
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
