Up to $85,000.00 annual earning potential
$0.63 per mile
Local port work starts at $26.00 per hour
$1.00 hourly increase each year up to $29.00 per hour
Home daily
Approximately 1,900–2,100 miles per week
5–6 day work week
$1,500.00 weekly pay guarantee during the first 30 days
$500.00 new-hire transition bonus
$3,000.00 referral bonus
Local and regional container work based around Wilmington, DE
Haul 40-foot containers from the port to customer locations
Primarily drop-and-hook freight
No-touch freight
Some local port shuttle work
Approximately 10-hour workdays
Typical start times between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM
Drivers generally work 5–6 days per week
Sunday/Monday are typical days off
Some holiday work may be required based on customer needs
Drivers must be flexible when daily dispatch plans change

Trucks governed at 65 MPH
On-site parking available near the Wilmington port
$8.30 drop-and-hook pay
$40.50 stop/live load/live unload pay
$17.00 per hour delay pay after 2 hours
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 6 months of recent container or tanker experience within the last 3 years
Some openings may be available for drivers with 6 months of tractor-trailer experience
TWIC card required
Willing to complete account-specific training before running solo
Must be comfortable working local port and container operations
Must be available to fully utilize available driving hours
Must be willing to work different assigned routes
Must be willing to work holidays when required
New drivers receive account-specific training before operating independently.
Minimum 40-hour training program
Approximately 30 hours of behind-the-wheel training
Training is designed to get you comfortable with the equipment, routes and daily operation
No pets
No passengers
No smoking in company trucks
Drivers must be flexible with same-day changes
Drivers must be able to run assigned routes as needed
On-site orientation in Wilmington, DE
Orientation classes are held on Tuesdays
