This is a fully remote U.S.-based leadership opportunity with occasional travel and a preference for candidates in the East or Central regions.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of business solutions for a defined portfolio of clients, overseeing project management, implementation, and ongoing value realization.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while acting as the primary liaison between client stakeholders, technical teams, engineers, and subject matter experts.
  • Partner with clients to analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for transformation through technology-enabled solutions.
  • Guide stakeholders at different organizational levels through platform capabilities, tailored business solutions, and insights relevant to their business objectives.
  • Lead and support cross-functional teams working across artificial intelligence, machine learning, ontologies, inference engines, rules-based systems, and natural language processing.
  • Provide business and client-driven input into the ongoing development and enhancement of technology and solution offerings.
  • Translate complex datasets and analytical findings into clear business stories, actionable recommendations, and measurable client outcomes.
  • Support the broader vision for scalable business process transformation and help identify opportunities to expand and optimize client engagements.
  • Establish and maintain clear project documentation, including requirements, use cases, process diagrams, data dictionaries, and other technical or functional documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) within a global Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization.
  • Professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Trade Promotions, Pricing, Assortment, or Supply Planning.
  • Demonstrated experience managing client-vendor relationships within a software technology environment, preferably involving AI-driven solutions.
  • Previous experience managing cross-functional teams and working directly with enterprise clients.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with the capacity to transform complex data into clear insights and actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences through presentations, documentation, and analysis sessions.
  • Strong requirements documentation skills, including experience with approaches such as use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, state charts, data dictionaries, and class or entity relationship diagrams.
  • Strong business judgment, problem-solving ability, and commercial awareness.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  • Knowledge of data science, machine learning, natural language processing, business intelligence, or related technologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience with R, Python, or similar programming languages is a plus.
  • Must reside in the United States and be eligible to work without sponsorship.
  • Willingness to work remotely while aligning with Eastern Time Zone hours; candidates in the East and Central U.S. regions are particularly preferred.
  • Ability to travel occasionally based on client or project requirements.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation.
  • Employer-paid employee-only health coverage.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • 15 days of paid time off.
  • 7 paid holidays plus 3 floating holidays.
