We are seeking a dedicated Fabrication General Labor Team Member to join our team.
This role would be open to working within one or more areas in our production facility including fabrication assembly, inserting, press brake operation, and laser/turret operation.

Shifts Available:
1st Shift- 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday
2nd Shift - 2:30pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday (2nd shift - $1.00 shift premium)

Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication Assembly: Assemble fabricated metal components and subassemblies according to blueprints, work instructions, or sample parts using hand and power tools.
- Inserting: Install threaded inserts, studs, or fasteners into metal parts using insertion presses or hand tools, ensuring proper placement and specification compliance.
- Press Brake Operation: Set up and operate press brake equipment to bend and form sheet metal parts to specified angles and dimensions, inspecting formed parts for accuracy.
- Laser/Turret Operation: Load material and operate laser cutting or turret punch equipment to cut and form parts according to programmed specifications, monitoring machine operation and part quality.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and quality specifications to ensure parts meet requirements.
- Inspect completed parts using standard measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, gauges) to verify conformance to specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety policies.

Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience and Training:
- Prior manufacturing experience, ideally in fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions; basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Willingness to be cross-trained across multiple production processes and comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and production machinery.

Physical and Mental Demands:
- Regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods on the production floor.
- Regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate tools, controls, and machinery.
- Frequently required to lift and carry materials and parts up to 30 pounds.
- Frequently required to bend, reach, and grasp materials and components.
- Occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to maintain focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment and follow verbal and written safety and quality instructions.
