WHAT YOU WILL DO

This role works independently or alongside Regional Hospital Development Coordinators to educate hospital staff, leadership, and physician groups while conducting regular hospital rounds to increase organ and tissue donation. It supports hospitals in improving donation processes by refining policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and federal and state laws, while also assessing donor potential, evaluating hospital donation system efficiency, and documenting results accurately and promptly. The position completes required hospital reports, maintains precise electronic documentation of all hospital activity, and participates in internal meetings to evaluate the effectiveness of Hospital Development initiatives and recommend future improvements. Additionally, it trains and mentors assigned LifeNet Health staff and ensures full compliance with organizational Quality Systems and Corporate Compliance requirements.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • 3 years experience working with hospitals and have a good understanding of hospital state and federal regulations and policies and procedures
  • Valid Driver's License

Pay Transparency Statement

The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
