What is residency? Our program is specially designed to provide support, guidance and help develop a nurse's knowledge and skills during the first year of practice so you can successfully transition into the constantly changing world of healthcare.

- Minimum Education:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
- Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum Work Experience:
- Prior healthcare experience preferred
- Required Licenses/ Certifications:
- Ability to obtain valid Vermont State Registered Nurse licensure by date of employment required.
- Health Care Provider BLS, ACLS, PALS certification are required within 90 days of hire.
- Night shift 6pm-6a or 7pm-7am and rotating weekends/holidays are required.
