Job Description

Seeking an IT Support Associate for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Hebron, KY.

Pay: $55K - $60K
Benefits: PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k

What You’ll Do

  • Provide frontline technical support for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
  • Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, security groups, and licenses in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and equipment deployment.
  • Configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Assist with ERP and other business-critical applications.
  • Maintain IT asset inventories and software licensing records.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, application, and system issues and escalate complex problems when needed.
  • Coordinate with our MSP and technology vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Assist with cybersecurity, system upgrades, technology projects, and IT documentation.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of professional IT support or help desk experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure Active Directory and user account administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic network issues.
  • Familiarity with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPNs.
  • Experience with IT ticketing/help desk systems.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to security and confidentiality.

Education: Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
