Who We Are:
NCC has led the automotive industry for over 30 years, providing award-winning software, credit and compliance solutions, and cutting-edge data. Our solutions help dealerships streamline operations, improve finance and insurance (F&I) processes, and drive profitability. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a high-growth environment.
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to own Compliance Audit, an AI-powered automated auditing platform that reviews a complete retail deal jacket in 30 seconds, replacing a manual process and cutting processing time by roughly 95%. The product extracts and maps data across 100+ automotive form types and tests every deal against 200+ programmed compliance rules, catching data anomalies, verifying fair lending markups, flagging missing signatures, and enforcing FTC Used Car Rule disclosures before a deal is submitted to a lender.
You will own an identified $18.5M SOM opportunity across roughly 3,079 dealer rooftops, sitting inside NCC's Credit, Compliance & Fraud pillar alongside Real-Time Compliance AI, Data Hygiene, and Lender Handshake. This is a high-impact role for a product leader who thrives on regulatory nuance, AI-native product delivery, and protecting dealers from compliance exposure without slowing down the deal.
What You’ll Do:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Cross-Functional Leadership
What You’ll Have:

What We Offer:
We are an equal employment opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.

What You’ll Do:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the roadmap for Compliance Audit, including the standalone document-upload path and integration into the broader deal workflow.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance to evaluate new FTC, fair-lending, and disclosure guidance and translate it into product requirements ahead of enforcement.
- Define success metrics for audit turnaround time, rule coverage, and compliance exception rate.
- Own compliance sign-off and audit-readiness for every Compliance Audit release.
- Conduct dealer and compliance-officer interviews to surface gaps in the current 200+ rule set and new document types to support.
- Write clear specs and acceptance criteria for the dedicated CCF Engineering Pod.
- Partner with Data Science on the machine learning and document-recognition models that extract and map deal jacket data.
- Own launch readiness, including compliance sign-off, support documentation, and dealer-facing training.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with the Real-Time Compliance AI and Lender Handshake product managers to keep compliance logic consistent across the platform rather than duplicated per product.
- Represent Compliance Audit's compliance posture and roadmap to executive leadership and, where needed, to lender and regulatory stakeholders.
- Continuously assess regulatory, technical, and adoption risk, and recommend pivots or course corrections as needed.
What You’ll Have:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-8 years of product management experience, with direct experience in compliance automation, audit workflows, or regulated lending products.
- Hands-on experience with the FTC Used Car Rule, fair lending, and disclosure compliance requirements.
- Experience building AI-native products where AI is the core value proposition, not a bolt-on feature.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL, dashboards, and product analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate regulatory requirements into clear, testable product specs.
- Experience in automotive retail technology, dealer software, or closely adjacent regulated fintech/lending.
- Familiarity with document recognition/extraction ML models and deal-jacket or contract-review workflows.
- Background working directly with F&I compliance officers, DMS providers, or lender integrations.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay
- Unrestricted PTO
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(k) plan with company match.
- Professional development opportunities and continuous training.
- A supportive and dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.
- TA Screen
- Culture Index Survey
- Hiring Manager Video Interview
- Tech Team Video Interview
- CEO Video Interview
- Offer
We are an equal employment opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.
