We're looking for a talented, hands-on 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Rockford, Ohio.

YOUR MISSION: KEEP THE KETCHUP FLOWING.

No two days in industrial maintenance are exactly alike. One minute you're completing preventive maintenance, and the next you're tracking down a mechanical or electrical issue to get production back on track.

Here's what you'll tackle:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial production equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
• Maintain and repair conveyors, pumps, motors, filling equipment, and other machinery
• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Troubleshoot electrical controls, sensors, and PLC-related equipment
• Partner with production team members to keep operations safe and efficient
• Document maintenance activities and help identify opportunities for improvement
• Follow established safety, food safety, and maintenance procedures

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

You don't need to know everything, but you should know your way around industrial equipment and enjoy figuring out how things work.

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Previous industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Electrical troubleshooting experience, including motors and controls
• Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals
• A proactive approach to preventive maintenance
• A commitment to safety, reliability, and quality

Experience in food or beverage manufacturing and PLC troubleshooting is a plus!
