ProTouch Staffing is currently hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for ICU positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU.

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients' conditions and respond to changes appropriately.

• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

• Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and ICU protocols.

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.

• ICU experience required.

• Strong critical-care clinical skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced ICU environment.

• Ability to work night and weekend shifts.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
