As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven, experienced Branch Manager to lead our Nashville, TN South operations and take one of our most important markets to the next level.

What You'll Do

Operations & P&L Ownership

• Own full branch P&L, including revenue, expense management, and profitability targets
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective action plans to ensure branch health
• Manage fleet, inventory, and operational resources to maximize efficiency and minimize cost
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including safety and environmental standards

Team Leadership & Talent Development

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a team of service technicians, sales representatives, and office staff
• Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and field ride-alongs
• Reduce turnover through strong team engagement and proactive workforce planning

Sales Growth

• Drive branch revenue growth through new customer acquisition, route expansion, and retention strategies
• Partner with sales staff to set targets, track pipeline activity, and close commercial and residential accounts
• Identify local market opportunities and develop strategies to grow market share across the greater Atlanta area
• Build and maintain relationships with key commercial accounts and community partners

Customer Experience

• Champion service quality and ensure customer satisfaction scores meet or exceed Lookout's benchmarks
• Resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Uphold Lookout's brand standards in every customer interaction

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of branch, district, or operations management experience, preferably in pest control, home services, facilities management, or a related field
• Demonstrated success managing P&L and hitting revenue targets
• Strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining frontline teams
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with CRM and operations management software
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain required state pest control licensing (or currently licensed in Tennessee)

What We Offer

• Base salary: $85,000–$95,000, depending on experience
• Performance bonus: up to 50% of base salary, based on individual and branch performance goals
• Total earning potential: up to $142,500
