Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise-grade Azure and Microsoft 365 environments for medium to large organizations, including multi-tenant cloud infrastructures.
This role requires hands-on experience in identity and access management, endpoint management, cloud security, and enterprise collaboration technologies. The candidate should possess strong troubleshooting, implementation, and operational support capabilities within modern cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, manage, and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related M365 applications.
- Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure for medium to large enterprise environments.
- Support and administer multi-tenant Azure environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Microsoft Intune, VPN solutions, and identity management services.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, security, compliance, and operational health.
- Implement best practices for cloud governance, access control, backup, disaster recovery, and security policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud migration, deployment, and optimization initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, connectivity, and user access issues.
- Support endpoint security and vulnerability management platforms.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system architecture records.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support.
- Hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments in medium to large organizations.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Microsoft Intune
- VPN technologies
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Experience managing multi-tenant Azure cloud environments for medium to large enterprises.
- Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and identity management best practices.
- Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, patch management, and endpoint administration.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with:
- SentinelOne
- Qualys
- Exposure to automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory.
Certifications
- Microsoft Azure certification is mandatory.
Preferred certifications include:
- Azure Administrator Associate
- Azure Solutions Architect
- Azure Security Engineer
Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, cloud administration, and Microsoft technologies.
