- Develop and execute scalable growth marketing and demand generation strategies that drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue performance.
- Design and manage account-based marketing (ABM) programs focused on strategic enterprise accounts using targeted 1:1 and 1:few approaches.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across paid media, organic marketing, lifecycle marketing, SEO, social, email, and digital acquisition channels.
- Partner with sales, customer success, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with pipeline targets, account prioritization, and expansion opportunities.
- Build and optimize lead nurturing programs, customer engagement workflows, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Create and adapt campaign assets including presentations, email content, landing pages, sales enablement materials, and social media messaging.
- Establish performance analytics, reporting frameworks, and attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness and communicate insights to leadership.
- Oversee campaign operations, stakeholder coordination, testing, deployment, and continuous optimization efforts.
- Identify innovative ways to leverage AI tools and automation workflows to improve marketing speed, scalability, and efficiency.
- 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or revenue-focused marketing leadership roles.
- Proven success building and scaling enterprise B2B marketing programs within high-growth technology environments.
- Strong expertise in account-based marketing (ABM), pipeline generation, lead nurturing, and full-funnel campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience managing paid and organic marketing channels including LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, SEO, and digital campaign platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to measure pipeline contribution, optimize performance, and drive revenue impact.
- Experience working in matrix organizations and complex enterprise sales environments.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, attribution tools, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills with the ability to work autonomously in fast-paced settings.
- Strategic thinker with strong experimentation instincts and a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in AI, healthcare technology, or emerging technology sectors is considered a plus.
