This role is a key operational backbone for a fast-scaling Talent Acquisition function, focused on building and optimizing the systems, processes, and analytics that power high-volume, high-quality hiring. You will own the recruiting infrastructure that enables teams to scale efficiently, ensuring strong data integrity, streamlined workflows, and actionable insights across the full hiring lifecycle. Acting as a strategic partner to Talent Acquisition leadership, you will translate recruiting data into meaningful operational improvements and executive-level reporting. The environment is highly collaborative and fast-paced, requiring someone who thrives at the intersection of systems thinking, analytics, and process design. You will play a critical role in improving recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and hiring efficiency across global operations. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences how effectively the organization attracts and hires talent at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including workflow configuration, automations, integrations, and process governance.
  • Build and maintain recruiting dashboards, funnel analytics, and executive-level reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to design, refine, and scale recruiting processes aligned with rapid organizational growth.
  • Analyze recruiting funnel performance, sourcing effectiveness, pipeline health, and bottlenecks to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and enforce recruiting SLAs, documentation standards, and operational best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Improve recruiter and hiring manager experience by streamlining workflows, scheduling processes, and interview coordination systems.
  • Ensure high data integrity across recruiting systems, including stage consistency, reporting accuracy, and source attribution.
  • Support workforce planning and recruiting capacity forecasting to align hiring needs with business growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and People Operations on strategic recruiting initiatives and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, Recruiting Analytics, or Recruiting Program Management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ATS administration, preferably Ashby or similar systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in recruiting analytics, dashboard creation, funnel reporting, and workforce metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable operational insights.
  • Proven experience improving recruiting workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing scalable process improvements.
  • Excellent spreadsheet and data modeling skills for operational and forecasting analysis.
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to operate independently while influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, plus quarterly performance-based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with 100% employer-paid premiums for employees.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with 100% employer match up to 4% and immediate vesting.
  • Generous paid time off, holidays, and rollover policy, with additional PTO increases based on tenure.
  • Remote work support, including home office stipends, internet reimbursement, and wellness benefits.
  • Annual professional development stipend to support learning and career growth.
  • Gym membership reimbursement and wellness program access.
  • Long-term incentives including sabbatical opportunities and anniversary rewards.
