In this strategic and analytical role, you will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global compensation programs that help attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Working closely with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders, you will contribute to building fair, scalable, and market-competitive compensation practices across a dynamic global organization. - Support the development, governance, and continuous enhancement of global compensation programs aligned with business objectives and talent strategies.
- Apply and maintain job architecture and leveling frameworks to ensure consistency, transparency, and internal equity across roles and regions.
- Conduct job evaluations and market pricing analyses using compensation survey data from leading providers to maintain market competitiveness.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams to align job levels, compensation structures, and organizational strategies.
- Provide compensation guidance related to promotions, reorganizations, new roles, and structural changes.
- Assist in the design, modeling, governance, and administration of commission and incentive compensation programs in collaboration with Finance and Sales Operations teams.
- Support annual compensation processes such as merit cycles, incentive planning, and compensation reviews while ensuring data accuracy and policy consistency.
- Analyze compensation outcomes for pay equity, compression, competitiveness, and alignment with compensation philosophy.
- Serve as a key point of contact for compensation-related inquiries, offering subject matter expertise and guidance to HR teams, managers, and employees.
- Maintain compensation data integrity within HR systems through audits, reporting, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Develop reporting, analytics, and ad-hoc analyses to provide actionable insights that support compensation decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements, governance enhancements, and scalable compensation operations within a public company environment.
- 3–6+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or related HR analytical functions.
- Hands-on experience with market pricing methodologies and compensation survey data, particularly using Aon Radford or similar providers.
- Familiarity with sales incentive compensation plans, commission structures, and pay-for-performance models.
- Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of job architecture frameworks, salary banding, leveling structures, and compensation governance practices.
- High attention to detail, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Experience working in public companies, SaaS organizations, or high-growth environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with compensation and HR systems such as Workday, Anaplan, PayScale, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to global compensation practices and pay transparency regulations is considered a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Competitive salary range of approximately $120,000 – $130,000 USD depending on experience and location.
