This is a high-impact role where operational excellence directly influences patient care outcomes and partner satisfaction.

Accountabilities:
  • Oversee operational performance and client account management for hospital-based programs across assigned geographic regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital executives, clinical leaders, and community physicians to ensure alignment on goals and service delivery.
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and financial discussions in coordination with corporate objectives and internal stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding and implementation of new hospital programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, executive business reviews, and ongoing operational check-ins with hospital partners.
  • Coordinate internal resources including recruiting, scheduling, credentialing, HR, and clinical leadership to ensure program success.
  • Identify opportunities to improve hospital operations, expand services, and support business development initiatives.
  • Assist in developing proposals, financial proformas, and strategic growth plans for new and existing partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, operational standards, and healthcare regulations.
  • Represent the organization in meetings, presentations, and external engagements with hospital leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, medical services, or hospital program management.
  • Strong background in operational leadership, client relationship management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience working in complex healthcare environments with exposure to hospital systems, physician practices, or clinical operations.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across executive and clinical audiences.
  • Ability to analyze operational and financial data to support decision-making and program optimization.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and hospital operational workflows preferred.
  • Proficiency in standard business tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across assigned regions.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range: $135,000 – $145,000 plus eligible incentive plans.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and paid parental leave.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contribution or Flexible Spending Account options.
  • Employer-paid life insurance and disability coverage (short- and long-term).
  • Mental health support and employee assistance resources.
  • Flexible remote work environment with travel opportunities across the United States.
  • Additional employee perks including legal services, identity theft protection, and referral programs.
