You will be responsible for shaping and executing paid search strategy across complex, multi-product business lines with significant media investment exceeding $100M annually. The position combines hands-on platform expertise with executive-level advisory responsibilities, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills. You will operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting where innovation, precision, and scalability are essential. This role is ideal for a seasoned paid search expert who thrives in enterprise complexity and enjoys translating data into strategic business decisions. You will also play a key role in mentoring a team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across campaigns.

Accountabilities:

You will lead enterprise-level paid search strategy and execution across large, complex media investments while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. This includes both strategic leadership and hands-on oversight of campaign performance, optimization, and team development.

  • Lead paid search strategy, planning, forecasting, and execution across a $100M+ multi-product portfolio
  • Manage complex account structures across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and related platforms
  • Serve as an embedded strategic partner to senior client stakeholders, translating performance data into executive-level insights
  • Oversee campaign architecture, optimization, QA processes, and operational performance standards
  • Develop testing roadmaps, budgeting strategies, and growth initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, strategy, creative, and media teams to ensure integrated execution
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid search specialists, supporting performance and career growth
  • Drive innovation in automation, audience strategy, bidding frameworks, and measurement approaches
  • Monitor account health, resolve escalations, and maintain strong client trust in high-visibility environments
Requirements:

This role requires deep enterprise paid search expertise combined with strong leadership and analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented, with experience managing large budgets and complex stakeholder ecosystems.

  • 6+ years of experience managing enterprise paid search programs in agency or client-side environments
  • 2+ years of people management experience with a proven track record of team development
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, automation, and bidding strategies
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-product paid media budgets (ideally $100M+ exposure)
  • Background in SaaS, fintech, HR/payroll, or other complex B2B performance marketing environments preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 and enterprise analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
  • Strong operational rigor with experience improving processes and driving performance efficiency
Benefits:
  • Remote-first work model with flexible scheduling
  • Annual salary range: $110,000–$150,000 plus performance-based bonus
  • Unlimited PTO and extended holiday breaks
  • 100% paid parental leave
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching
  • Short-term disability and voluntary insurance options
  • Work-from-anywhere flexibility (with some location exceptions)
  • Annual wellness and lifestyle credits (e.g., ClassPass)
  • Inclusive, growth-oriented environment with strong learning and development opportunities
