This role is a remote, client-facing advisory position focused on helping Medicare-eligible and pre-Medicare individuals make informed decisions about their health coverage options. You will guide customers through complex insurance choices, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription plans, ensuring they select solutions aligned with their personal needs. The position combines consultative sales, education, and empathetic customer support in a high-volume, seasonal environment. You will conduct needs assessments, explain plan details clearly, and support end-to-end enrollment processes. Working remotely, you will engage with individuals nationwide while maintaining a structured, compliance-driven workflow. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding individuals through healthcare plan selection and enrollment while delivering high-quality customer support in a remote environment. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers understand their options and receive tailored recommendations based on their needs and eligibility.
- Advise Medicare and pre-Medicare individuals on appropriate health, dental, vision, and prescription plans.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify suitable insurance solutions for each customer.
- Educate customers on Medicare options and support informed decision-making.
- Assist with end-to-end enrollment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Deliver empathetic, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
- Navigate internal systems and tools to access information and complete transactions.
- Maintain performance targets related to quality, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong customer service or sales experience, combined with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and empathetically. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a structured remote environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Must hold or be able to obtain required insurance licensing for the role.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to assess customer needs and provide thoughtful, solution-oriented guidance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a compliance-driven setting.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, high-volume environment.
- Ability to quickly learn systems, tools, and insurance product information.
- Hourly pay of $18 during training and $19 upon transition to production.
