In this role, you will act as a key technical and consultative partner to the sales organization, bridging the gap between complex enterprise mobility solutions and customer business needs. You will engage with prospects and clients to demonstrate the value of advanced mobile device management and enterprise software solutions across diverse environments. The position involves delivering technical presentations, supporting proof-of-concept deployments, and guiding customers through solution architecture and integration discussions. You will work closely with regional sales teams to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and influence decision-makers at the enterprise level. This is a client-facing role that combines technical expertise with commercial acumen in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment. You will also collaborate with internal product teams to provide feedback and help shape future enhancements. The role offers strong exposure to enterprise technology ecosystems and strategic customer engagements.
- Provide pre-sales technical support by engaging with prospects and clients through email, calls, and presentations to demonstrate solution value.
- Deliver product demonstrations and architecture walkthroughs that clearly articulate business and technical benefits of enterprise mobility solutions.
- Support proof-of-concept (POC) activities, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of enterprise software in customer environments.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and support consultative selling efforts.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for decision-makers across customer organizations.
- Work closely with internal product and engineering teams to report issues, provide feedback, and suggest product improvements.
- Assist in executing internal initiatives and cross-functional projects to enhance sales effectiveness and technical enablement.
- Ensure accurate communication of solution architecture, including integration, security, and deployment considerations.
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical customer-facing role.
- Strong background in mobile device management (MDM), enterprise mobility, SaaS, and BYOD environments.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts including DNS, IP networking, and firewalls.
- Knowledge of identity and access management systems such as SSO, IAM, SAML, and identity providers.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, certificate management, and encryption technologies (TLS, SHA-2, etc.).
- Experience with databases such as MS SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Understanding of virtualization, containerization, and enterprise IT architecture.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple client engagements effectively.
- Exposure to REST APIs, scripting, or cloud platforms (AWS or similar) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, Android Enterprise) or sales methodologies (SPIN, value selling) are considered an advantage.
