In this role, you will be part of a highly scientific and cross-functional environment focused on ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and clarity of medical content used across multiple channels and audiences. You will contribute directly to patient safety and the quality of scientific communication by reviewing, approving, and adapting medical materials for local and regional use. Working closely with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, and Digital teams, you will help ensure alignment between scientific integrity and business strategy. The position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and solid medical knowledge applied in a corporate context. You will also support omnichannel content strategies, helping translate complex scientific data into clear, compliant messaging. This is a collaborative, purpose-driven role where your expertise will directly influence healthcare communication quality and impact.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance across all medical content, while supporting cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement of communication standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing, validating, and approving medical materials to ensure scientific accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with internal standards.
- Reviewing translations and localized adaptations to preserve scientific integrity and ensure inclusion of mandatory local regulatory information.
- Supporting the development and adaptation of medical content for different channels, audiences, and omnichannel strategies.
- Collaborating with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, and Digital teams to align content with scientific strategy and business needs.
- Supporting medical governance activities, including monitoring, corrective actions, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Training and guiding internal stakeholders on content standards, review processes, and best practices.
The ideal candidate brings a strong scientific background combined with experience in medical communication, content review, or related healthcare functions. You are detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to operate independently in a matrix environment. Required qualifications include:
- Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Biochemistry, or other health-related fields.
- Experience in Medical Affairs, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, or medical content review within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of clinical data interpretation and medical science fundamentals.
- Knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and communication compliance requirements in healthcare.
- Advanced or fluent English for reviewing global medical content and collaborating with regional teams.
- Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
