Steward/ess - Hotel in Mandau Talawang at Nadi Talent Group

We are partnering with a prestigious luxury hospitality group to recruit professional and service-oriented Stewards/Stewardesses to join a high-standard hotel operation.

This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering refined service, understand 5-star standards, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, cookware, tableware, glassware, and utensils according to 5-star standards.

• Operate dishwashing machines and perform polishing of cutlery, chinaware, and glassware consistently.

• Support kitchen and F&B operations by ensuring the availability of clean and well-maintained equipment.

• Handle waste disposal and maintain a hygienic, organized, and safe stewarding area.

• Follow strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures in line with luxury hotel SOPs.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure operational needs are met efficiently.

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Steward/Stewardess/Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage.

• Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, food safety standards, and F&B equipment handling.

• Physically fit with good stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to support other departments effectively.

• Professional attitude, discipline, and the ability to work under pressure.

• Willingness to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
