Senior Strategic Initiatives Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Strategic Initiatives Manager based in United States.

This is a high-impact strategic execution role at the intersection of business strategy, operations, and cross-functional transformation. The position is designed for a leader who thrives in ambiguity and can turn complex, enterprise-wide priorities into structured, measurable outcomes. You will operate across multiple business functions, aligning senior stakeholders and driving clarity in environments where ownership is shared and challenges are complex. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong analytical judgment and the ability to influence without authority. You will design and lead initiatives that directly shape business performance and operational effectiveness in a fast-paced SaaS environment. A strong focus is placed on data-driven decision-making, systems thinking, and AI-enabled acceleration of work. This is an opportunity to help scale how strategic work gets done across a growing global organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment from problem definition through delivery of measurable business outcomes, while translating ambiguity into structured execution plans.
  • Identify, frame, and solve complex organizational challenges by defining the right business questions, developing hypotheses, and building structured approaches to drive clarity and resolution.
  • Design and operationalize scalable solutions across business functions, establishing frameworks, governance, and decision-making structures that enable long-term execution success.
  • Use data, market context, and business insights to inform strategy, validate assumptions, and strengthen executive decision-making across initiatives and programs.
  • Drive alignment across senior stakeholders by synthesizing competing priorities, facilitating trade-off discussions, and enabling clear, actionable decisions.
  • Integrate SaaS business understanding into initiative design, linking product, growth, retention, and expansion dynamics to strategic outcomes.
  • Champion AI-enabled ways of working to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability of execution across strategic programs.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic operations, business transformation, or similar roles, ideally within SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with measurable outcomes in high-ambiguity environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into executive-level decisions.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and key growth drivers such as acquisition, retention, expansion, and customer lifecycle dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without formal authority across diverse functions.
  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, structured narratives for leadership audiences.
  • AI-forward mindset with experience identifying opportunities to leverage automation, AI tools, or intelligent systems to accelerate execution.
  • High adaptability, strong ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or consulting background is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus opportunities aligned to individual and company impact.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage designed to support employees and their families.
  • Generous paid time off, paid holidays, and flexible work arrangements supporting work-life balance.
  • Remote-first environment enabling flexibility and collaboration across distributed teams.
  • Mental health and wellness support programs, including access to resources and employee assistance tools.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions to support long-term financial wellbeing.
  • Learning and development opportunities, including access to training platforms, mentorship, and professional growth programs.
  • Inclusive, high-performance culture that values ownership, impact, and continuous improvement.
