This role sits at the center of a highly technical, fast-scaling developer platform that powers observability at massive scale. You will own key platform domains spanning data ingestion, querying, storage, and internal tooling, ensuring they come together into a seamless foundation for product innovation. The position requires deep collaboration with engineering, design, and cross-functional go-to-market teams to translate complex infrastructure into intuitive and high-impact capabilities. You will shape long-term platform strategy while also driving incremental improvements that deliver immediate value to developers and customers. This is a highly cross-functional, systems-oriented role where technical depth and product vision intersect. • Own and evolve core platform capabilities including ingest, querying, data retrieval, storage systems, and internal design frameworks, ensuring scalability and reliability across the product ecosystem.
• Translate customer needs, engineering constraints, and internal stakeholder input into a coherent platform roadmap aligned with long-term product strategy.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to drive execution across complex technical initiatives while ensuring alignment across product, design, and infrastructure groups.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to incorporate real-world feedback and ensure platform decisions reflect user needs and market expectations.
• Define and promote platform best practices, enabling a consistent and high-quality developer experience across all product surfaces.
• Lead discovery efforts, balancing strategic vision with iterative delivery to continuously improve platform capabilities and user outcomes.

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally within technical SaaS, infrastructure, or developer-focused products.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, platform architecture, or observability-related domains such as tracing, metrics, or monitoring.
• Proven ability to operate across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping through launch and iteration.
• Excellent communication skills with experience influencing engineering, design, and business stakeholders in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Demonstrated systems thinking with the ability to connect backend architecture, user experience, and product strategy into a cohesive vision.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments, with a track record of driving clarity and execution in fast-moving settings.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-informed decision-making and a user-first approach to product development.
