This role focuses on leading end-to-end lease administration transition projects for large, complex client accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and operational readiness across global portfolios. You will oversee the full transition lifecycle, from discovery and data migration to lease abstraction, validation, and final handover to steady-state teams. Acting as both a project and program leader, you will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure high-quality execution under tight deadlines. The position requires strong commercial real estate and lease administration expertise, combined with exceptional program management and client-facing communication skills. You will play a key role in standardizing processes, improving data quality, and building scalable transition frameworks. Operating in a global, fast-paced environment, you will ensure clients experience a seamless and controlled onboarding process.
- Lead multiple concurrent lease administration transition projects from initiation through stabilization and handover to operational teams
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring accountability across internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee lease abstraction, data migration, validation, and quality control to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including lease administration, finance, legal, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout transitions
- Develop and maintain transition playbooks, templates, governance models, and process documentation to standardize delivery
- Manage client communication, including status reporting, governance meetings, escalation handling, and executive presentations
- Ensure accurate setup of lease data, financial schedules, and system configurations across lease administration platforms
- Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure smooth operational handover with minimal disruption to service delivery
- 8–10+ years of experience in lease administration, commercial real estate, property management, or related financial operations roles
- Strong experience managing complex, multi-market or global accounts with large lease portfolios
- Proven track record in transition management, implementation, onboarding, or program management in a client-facing environment
- Deep understanding of commercial lease structures, including rent schedules, recovery clauses, CAM, operating expenses, and related financial elements
- Experience working with lease administration or real estate platforms such as Yardi, CoStar, ProLease, or similar systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate financial and operational lease data with high accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior client stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
