This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Jr. Social Media Manager - Platform based in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of entertainment, digital storytelling, and audience engagement, supporting the execution of social-first campaigns for high-profile film, television, and streaming clients. You will help bring creative ideas to life across multiple platforms by contributing to content planning, copywriting, publishing, and community engagement. Working within a collaborative agency environment, you will assist in managing social media calendars, ensuring timely content rollout, and maintaining consistent brand voice across channels. The role offers exposure to fast-paced entertainment marketing where trends move quickly and creativity is key. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions and support reporting efforts to measure campaign performance. It is an opportunity to grow your expertise in social media strategy while working with leading entertainment brands and dynamic creative teams.

Accountabilities:
  • Support the development and execution of social media campaigns for entertainment clients across film, television, and streaming platforms.
  • Contribute to content ideation, creative concept development, and social content buckets aligned with campaign strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day posting across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and Reddit.
  • Assist in community management by engaging with audiences, responding to comments, and maintaining brand tone of voice.
  • Help maintain and update editorial calendars, ensuring timely execution of content rollouts and campaign milestones.
  • Write engaging copy for social media posts, adapting tone and messaging based on platform and audience.
  • Support reporting and analytics by gathering performance data and contributing insights for campaign optimization.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and cross-functional creative discussions to support campaign innovation.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Familiarity with social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and Reddit, including best practices for each.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and entertainment formats.
  • Experience or strong interest in entertainment, film, television, or streaming media campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in team settings.
  • Basic understanding of social media reporting, analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing workload and priorities.
