Job Description
The Production Control Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensuring schedules are executed accurately and efficiently. This leadership role directs and equips staff, verifies schedule accuracy, and actively assists the team to optimize workflow and meet all manufacturing targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the daily tasks of the production team, ensuring that staff have adequate direction and the necessary tools to perform their jobs.
- Schedule Production: Lead the development, maintenance, and execution of accurate daily and weekly production schedules to meet operational goals.
- Quality & Accuracy: Continuously verify that production schedules accurately reflect capacity, material availability, and customer demands, ensuring zero delays.
- Team Leadership: Provide hands-on assistance, continuous coaching, and cross-training to staff to build a capable and high-performing team.
- Performance Reporting: Track daily production output against the established schedule, preparing reports and identifying areas for process improvement.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce all workplace safety guidelines, company standards, and regulatory policies while maintaining a positive work environment.
