The JOB
As a Reservations Agent, your friendly, energetic and professional personality will be the voice of the pre-arrival experience. In this position, you know all the details of the entire hotel, amenities and services. You will assist our Guests with class and style as they plan and book their dream stay.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally engage with guests and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple reservations and guest inquiries.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn property management and reservation software.
• The ability to upsell accommodations, packages, and resort amenities while creating a personalized guest experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
